About Oak-Way

Built on values that are never optional.

Oak-Way Transport LLC operates with a simple belief: people who depend on transportation for medical care, daily programs, and essential appointments should be treated with the same patience, dignity, and respect we would expect for our own family.

Our company operates around professional standards from the beginning — including driver and attendant expectations, vehicle inspection and preventive maintenance, punctuality, passenger assistance, communication, appearance, and respectful service.

Driven by Compassion. Guided by Respect.

Our mission

To provide safe, dependable, respectful non-emergency transportation while protecting each passenger's dignity, comfort, time, and trust.

A message from our founder

RJ

“Oak-Way is built on the values I believe should never be optional in transportation: respect, punctuality, safety, professionalism, and compassion. When a family places a loved one in our care, or a healthcare facility depends on us to complete a trip properly and on time, that responsibility matters.

My goal is to lead Oak-Way carefully — with the right people, the right training, the right equipment, and standards that can be maintained as the company grows. I want every driver, attendant, dispatcher, manager, and future leader to understand that our vehicles carry our name, but our employees carry our reputation.

We look forward to serving Southeast Michigan and earning trust one trip, one passenger, and one relationship at a time.”
